Well officially, the album isn't out yet but i just got the whole album and as a diehard Fan of Trivium, this album is f*****g awesome, best music out this year for me. They've done a really good job, Matt Heaffy vocal is awesome as ever mixing the thrash of The Crusade with screams from Ascendancy and Ember of Inferno. For those who don't know, there is a new clip of trivium on youtube called "Down from the Sky", ENJOY :roxxx:

ecoute l'album ...

actually i dont see metillica around this album, Even though i prefer ember of inferno and ascendancy, I like this album very much, the only thing that suck is i cant play cuz they play it on 7-string guitar

It is worth listening, but after a few plays, I get enough of it. From time to time, it is nice checking them out. Comme j'ai dis, worth checking, but an excess of it is not good for a Metalhead's health. Die-hard Trivium fans may love... I do not doubt. Nice album, though... it can be appreciated. I did like it.

3/10, maybe? Note that this is still a good marking point, for Trivium. If the band continues heavier-ly, they will surely become great.

I love this album, but I do prefer The Blackening by Machine Head more. The songs "Insurrection" and "Like Callisto to a Star in Heaven" are played with a six string guitar.
