En fait si nou envi exact, premier génération (seventies) ti éna Blue Stars, rock sixties & seventies. Ti éna encore lezot mais mo pas rappel zot nom. Bann groupe zamé monn trouvé ça, mais mo konn zot de réputation. Après ti éna Revivals ki ti faire rock sixities : Shadows, Cliff Richard, Elvis, Beatles... Zot ine continué zoué ziska nineties au moins. Mais bon, pas saki nou appel rock ça

deuxième génération (eighties) ti éna Strength, qui ti très populaire (zot ti risse +2 000 dimoune dans cinéma Luna Park, sold out plusieurs fois, zot bann compositions ti dan charts MBC radio), Phoenix (mo premier groupe, 1983), Paranoid (mo ti aussi ene membre fondateur, 1984), Strangers, Rockers (environ 1984, monne zoué are zot en 1985, c'est l'ancêtre Feedback), Zénith, Transit Co Rhum ( plus variété que rock en fait, 1989), Cyborg (1990)...
Ena deux ex-membres Strength dans Feedback (ki finn commencé en 1987).
A partir 1991-1992 par là kapav coze enn nouvo zeneration encore, tou bann groupe grunge/alternatif couma Xact, Preachers (ki ti éna enn lot nom avant), Cobalt Fudge, Eclectic (ki finn vinn A Riot In Heaven). Sa lepok la (début et milieu nineties) inn aussi gagn bann Saturdays (ene groupe Curepipe), Alter Ego, Mad, Craze, Inverted Cross, Xenolith, Nu Turn (meme musiciens et l'esprit que Transit Co Rhum), Factor E, Mad, Crossroads, Ziza, Scars. Ti ena bokou groupe écoliers ki ti zoué dans Jump Around aussi.

Entre fin nineties et début années 2000 monn coupe les ponts avec lamizik local, faute de motivation mo ti arete la guitare net, donc mo pa koné ki lezot groupe ti ena. Ene fois selman mo ti trouve enn très bon groupe dans ene festival à Mon Choisy, li ti très original, zot ti fer bann harmonies à trois voix. Mo pa rappel zot nom mais zot ti ena ene santé ki so parol ti dire "I'm a stranger..."... Mo ti a bien kontan koné ki finn arrive zot. Ene parmi zot ti journaliste.

Lol, to conne Anupam Banne reprises Megadeth/Sepultura/Anthrax etc c'est ene medley qui mo ti préparé, nou ti zoué li à trois groupes, Feedback, Paranoid et Zénith. C'était le concert "Rockin' Night" au Top Discothèque à Quatre Bornes en 1993. Mo encore ena li lor K7 VHS. Aster li ene casino mo croire.

Mr TDR,it would be cool if you could rip the VHS shows to DVD or something,I am really looking forward to seeing the pioneers of rock in Mauritius! I guess a lot of people here share that same feeling.. I really wanna see what I missed when I was younger. Some of us have heard about Feedback and Craze and Xenolith and so on,and thanks to this forum,we are getting the privilege to connect with the originals...

Mo ena aussi bann concerts Paranoid, Craze, Preachers ek 2-3 lezot en VHS mais pou met zot en divx mo bisin enn video K7 (pou moi inn mort) et ene graveur de DVD de salon pour la numérisation.
